- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Montreal Canada (Eastern time)
- 20 hours per week
Job Description: Youll be the friendly professional voice that elderly tenants rely on daily serving as their primary point of contact for everything from casual conversations to urgent maintenance needs. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from property tenants and provide warm professional customer service
- Skillfully triage calls to distinguish between social conversations and legitimate maintenance requests
- Coordinate and schedule repair appointments between tenants and service contractors
- Create comprehensive logs and reports for all interactions documenting problems solutions timing and call duration
- Record and distribute building-wide voicemail announcements to all tenant mailboxes
- Respond promptly to voicemails left during off-hours and follow up on pending issues
- Maintain patient compassionate communication with elderly tenant population
- Build relationships that support potential expansion across additional properties
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English (Quebec/Canadian French strongly preferred)
- Clear professional speaking voice
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional patience for elderly clientele
- Ability to balance social conversation with efficient business coordination
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and logging capabilities
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet connection
- Bonus if you have experience with phone systems VoIP software or property management
- It helps if you have experience in healthcare senior services or similar patience-required roles
