Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Montreal Canada (Eastern time)
  • 20 hours per week

Job Description: Youll be the friendly professional voice that elderly tenants rely on daily serving as their primary point of contact for everything from casual conversations to urgent maintenance needs. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in peoples lives while developing valuable customer service and coordination skills. With clear potential for growth across multiple properties youll have the chance to become an integral part of the teams expansion and build lasting relationships with both tenants and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from property tenants and provide warm professional customer service
  • Skillfully triage calls to distinguish between social conversations and legitimate maintenance requests
  • Coordinate and schedule repair appointments between tenants and service contractors
  • Create comprehensive logs and reports for all interactions documenting problems solutions timing and call duration
  • Record and distribute building-wide voicemail announcements to all tenant mailboxes
  • Respond promptly to voicemails left during off-hours and follow up on pending issues
  • Maintain patient compassionate communication with elderly tenant population
  • Build relationships that support potential expansion across additional properties

Requirements


Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English (Quebec/Canadian French strongly preferred)
  • Clear professional speaking voice
  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional patience for elderly clientele
  • Ability to balance social conversation with efficient business coordination
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and logging capabilities
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet connection
  • Bonus if you have experience with phone systems VoIP software or property management
  • It helps if you have experience in healthcare senior services or similar patience-required roles
