Lead and mentor regional business teams monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement.
Prepare business performance reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors in Science / Healthcare / Business / Marketing; MBA / PGDM preferred.
510 years of experience in Business Development / Franchise Management in Diagnostics / Healthcare / Pharma.
Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
