About the position
The Senior Employability Coordinator plays an important role in delivering La Trobe Universitys Employability Strategy by coordinating running and reviewing programs and events that help students build their career readiness.
Working as part of a collaborative team the Senior Employability Coordinator helps design and deliver a range of programs that align with student needs and University priorities. These include mentoring and ambassador programs employability workshops and webinars and major events such as career expos and industry networking activities.
The role involves working closely with students staff industry partners and alumni to boost student engagement improve graduate outcomes and foster valuable connections.
If the Senior Coordinator holds an accredited career development qualification the role may also include providing one-on-one career guidance in line with professional standards.
