Commercial Manager

London Hybrid Remote

Take the lead on significant data centre projects across the UK & Europe!

Were looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of hyperscale data centre construction projects across Europe joining a high-performing EMEA team managing more than 1 billion in annual CAPEX.

In this role youll also support the wider team with CAPEX modelling develop detailed cash flows and contribute to the early-stage strategy process that shapes each project from the outset.

This is the perfect opportunity for a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor.

What youll do -

Supporting the wider team with commercial delivery across large-scale data centre projects
Build and manage budgets forecasts and CAPEX models
Drive cost optimisation and maintain tight financial control
Lead procurement contract negotiations and risk management
Work closely with engineering construction finance and operations teams
Manage consultants and contractors to keep delivery on target

What you bring -

Data centre experience preferred but not essential
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Strong commercial judgement and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
Experience with CAPEX modelling and cash flows
