Care Home Manager Brand New Luxury Residential Home Up to 70000

This role is for an experienced Care Home Manager ready to lead something special from day one. Youll take charge of a brand-new luxury residential care home with the backing resources and autonomy to build an outstanding service.

What Youll Need

Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) (highly desirable) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within residential or nursing care.
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving high inspection outcomes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated commercial and marketing experience within the private care sector.

Experience opening or developing a new care service (Desirable)

Take full operational and strategic responsibility for the care home.
Build lead and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional resident care.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations driving standards towards Outstanding ratings.
Manage occupancy budgets and commercial performance.
Develop strong relationships with families professionals commissioners and external partners.
Promote the home locally to establish a strong reputation within the community.
