This is an internship of up to nine months expected to start in January 2026. Candidates must be based in Nairobi and have access to a home office setup that supports full-time remote work.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project management ensuring tasks timelines and deliverables are well tracked and completed on schedule.
- Assist with organising meetings events workshops and stakeholder engagements including logistics and follow-up actions.
- Prepare documents presentations and reports to support project delivery and internal coordination.
- Maintain project files trackers and administrative systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Conduct research to support project planning and decision-making.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the African Hub Director.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth workflows and consistent communication.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in managing administrative and project data.
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Planner) is an advantage.
- Interest in sustainable development finance or related sectors is desirable.
Qualifications :
Recent graduate ideally with a background in Project Management Business Administration International Development Sustainable Finance or related fields.
Fluency in English; mastery of a second language is highly desirable.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup.

The role is fully remote home office based. Travel may be required relating to project work.
