Job Summary
We are looking for an entry-level Project Coordinator cum Business Analyst to join our Nairobi office. This is a learning-focused role where you will work closely with the Sales team and Technical Project Managers to support CRM and ERP implementation projects.
You will be trained and gradually exposed to one or more platforms such as Zoho Odoo SuiteCRM and Salesforce based on project requirements.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn about CRM/ERP systems project coordination and business analysis under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Sales & Requirement Support
- Attend sales and requirement discussions to observe and take notes
- Help document basic customer needs shared during meetings
- Assist in preparing meeting summaries and simple requirement documents
- Learn how CRM and ERP solutions are proposed to customers
Project Coordination Support
- Support Technical Project Managers on active projects
- Help track tasks timelines and follow-ups
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and basic status updates
- Coordinate internal meetings and follow up on assigned action items
- Maintain organized project documentation
Business Analysis Support
- Assist in documenting business processes and workflows
- Learn to prepare BRD FRD and user stories with guidance
- Gain basic understanding of business areas such as Sales Customer Management Finance Inventory HR and Operations
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by documenting feedback and issues
- Learn basic requirement mapping to CRM and ERP systems
Communication & Team Coordination
- Act as a support link between Sales Project Managers and internal teams
- Communicate clearly and escalate questions or issues to senior team members
- Ensure documentation is updated and well-organized
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Information Systems Business Administration or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of business processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel Word PowerPoint Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn CRM ERP and project coordination concepts
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Basic awareness of CRM or ERP systems
- Exposure to Zoho Odoo SuiteCRM or Salesforce through coursework or self-learning
- Internship or academic project experience
