The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant youll play a pivotal role in connecting Sydneys leading businesses with exceptional HR Marketing and Business Support talent.

Youll act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike - developing long-term partnerships delivering high-quality talent solutions and contributing to the continued success of our growing Sydney practice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and expanding client networks while nurturing strong business relationships.
  • Sourcing engaging and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline across HR Marketing and Business Support roles.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with integrity pace and professionalism.
  • Providing consultative market insights and talent strategies to your clients.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in a high-performing co-brokering team environment.

About You

Youre a confident curious and commercially minded professional who thrives in a consultative people-focused environment. You build trust easily think strategically and bring positive energy to everything you do.

Youll bring:

  • 3 years experience in agency recruitment or a B2B/solution sales role involving business development.
  • A proven ability to generate new business and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with an ethical and professional approach.
  • Resilience adaptability and a passion for delivering results that make a difference.
  • A genuine interest in HR Marketing and Business Support disciplines.
