Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Transformation Change initiatives within the Health & Business Solutions Division. This role ensures alignment between business requirements and system delivery 

This is a fixed-term full-time position for 12 months. Hybrid work arrangement available.

You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse current processes and define future state processes 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business to understand key requirements
  • Map current (as-is) processes and design future (to-be) processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops to capture business requirements and facilitate prioritisation.
  • Perform gap analysis (process and technical) and draft additional requirements as needed.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate business testing with clear documentation and functional support.
  • Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and development teams ensuring clarity and timely delivery of artefacts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.

Qualifications :

  • 35 years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Experience in data migration highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present data and insights effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving expertise in a commercial environment.
