Job Summary
- Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders.
- Repairs and solves maintenance problems including items such as changing out electrical fixtures installing ceiling tiles cleaning fan coil units repairing/replacing toilets and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances.
- Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints.
- Assists with Waste Removal Collection & Disposal
- Performs Security rounds and checks. Communicates concerns and needs to appropriate management.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time Position
- Hours:3 Weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) 2 Weekdays (Flexible Mon-Thu) Second shift 3-11p
- Pay: $16.00-17.50/hour
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- General Maintenance knowledge
