Job Summary
Bashor Childrens Home is a mission driven organization passionately serving children and families. We are currently seeking a facilities maintenance worker for full-time employment.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Routine building maintenance including electrical plumbing repair painting window repair.
Drywall and roofing repairs
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs
May need to work evenings and/or weekends
Use a variety of hand and power tools electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Grounds keeping including lawn care mowing landscaping snow removal.
Vehicle care maintenance cleaning basic servicing.
Deliver food and household supplies to program units.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Buildings and Grounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
21 years of age.
Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience in the dynamics of child care facilities a benefit.
Able to pass required background checks physical and drug screen.
Have a sensitivity and commitment to serving a culturally diverse population.
Have a commitment to continuous quality improvement as it relates to organizational development and service delivery.
Salary: Starting $20
