Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Pekin United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 1810 Court St. location. As a Customer Service Rep youll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while enjoying our delicious pizzas.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and card transactions ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Physical stamina to stand walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with an easy smile and customer-focused approach
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Food handling experience is a plus but not required we provide on-the-job training
