Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Direct workers engaged in production activities to ensure the continuous production of conforming product in the most efficient and safe manner possible.
- Training of employees planning assigning and directing work addressing complaints and resolving problems in the absence of the department supervisor.
- May assist with performance of production tasks as needed.
- Operation of lifting devices as needed.
- Looks for opportunity to get involved in safety environmental process changes and overall improvement efforts.
- Follows all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.
- Read understand and follow the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and EHS Work Instructions.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to their supervisor or any member of management.
- Shut down process if unsafe.
- Follow proper machine shutdown procedures.
- Regular dependable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications :
- 3G weld certification or ability to pass weld test
- Set-up and operate machines and welding equipment
- Blue print and weld detail knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Good attendance

Starting wage $26.14/hour.
