- Provide day-to-day support on HR activities.
- Maintain HR systems and databases with accurate and timely information.
- Support the implementation of HR policies procedures and routine processes.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and basic HR metrics.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting screening CVs scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams.
- Support offboarding tasks.
- Help organize employee engagement events team-building activities and HR programs.
- Address employee queries promptly and direct them to the relevant local/ global team members when required.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive supportive and efficient workplace culture.
