Your Role as Host:

• Greets guests with genuine warmth and ensures every moment of their stay feels personal and exceptional.
• Coordinates daily operations across breakfast service housekeeping afternoon tea guest requests and evening turndown.
• Collaborates with our Spa Estates and Housekeeping teams to maintain seamless standards and serene surroundings.
• Acts as a lead on events and exclusives working alongside the Front Office Team to ensure perfectly executed special occasions.
• Anticipates needs resolves issues with grace and elevates the guest experience through thoughtful touches.
• Upholds our brand promise of quiet luxury privacy and heartfelt care.

• A natural flair for hosting and a passion for creating memorable guest journeys.

• Impeccable attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Confidence working solo and as part of a close-knit team.
• Flexibility initiative and a calm professional presence.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but personality and attitude are equally important.

Additional Information :

Salary: from 25480 to 27560

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 240 to 550 per month.
