Were hiring a Senior Business Travel Consultant to assist Spanish-speaking clients of a global leader in corporate travel solutions. Your mission: make every business trip seamless and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate bookings (flights hotels rail car rentals)
Provide professional and timely support via phone chat and email
Handle changes cancellations and travel emergencies calmly and efficiently
Use Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo GDS tools to manage itineraries
Ensure all bookings comply with client policies and company standards
Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish strong English
5 years experience in business travel or GDS-based customer support
Proven knowledge of Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
