What Youll Do:

Provide top-notch customer service to French-speaking customers assisting with inquiries bookings and resolving issues.
Work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Help customers with reservations cancellations and modifications while ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaborate with other teams to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
1 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment (preferred).
A problem-solver with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
