Working hours: Monday Saturday 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Work model: On-site

Salary & Benefits

Total package above 1400 gross / month (12-month basis) including:

Base salary: 930 gross x 14 months
Guaranteed bonus: 100 gross for the first 3 months (based on targets)
Meal allowance: 9 / day net (meal card)
Transport reimbursement: up to 40 / month (public transport with monthly pass)

Role description

Provide customer support via phone and digital channels. Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

French: C1/C2 level
Customer-oriented mindset
Availability to work on-site in Porto
Only local candidates (within 30 km of Porto)
Right to work in Portugal
