Your Role

As part of our team youll deliver top-notch customer service via phone email or chat. Your tasks may include:

Assisting with bookings purchases or payments.
Supporting technical and PC-related queries.
Managing customer account concerns.
Resolving complaints and handling changes or adjustments with professionalism.

What You Bring

Language Skills: C2 level Latvian speaker with good English (B1 level or higher).
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer and internet skills.
Interpersonal Excellence: Great communication team spirit and a positive attitude.
Flexibility: Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous call center/customer service experience is a plus!
