Job Overview
We are looking for Arabic & English-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialists to join an on-site team in Lisbon. The role focuses on supporting clients using digital advertising products managing paid campaigns and delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced AdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support advertisers with paid digital marketing campaigns

Provide guidance on campaign setup optimization and performance
-
Assist clients via inbound/outbound channels
-
Troubleshoot issues related to digital advertising tools
-
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
-
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex cases
-
Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems
Requirements
-
Fluent Arabic (Egypt Jordan or UAE) and English
-
Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
-
Degree in Marketing or a related field
-
Proven experience in Digital Marketing
-
Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech company
-
Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising basics
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends
Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 985 per month (14 salaries per year)

Language Allowance: 80 per month (11 months per year)
