Job Overview:
Were looking for a part-time Creative Strategist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads to help craft test and optimize high-performing ad creatives that drive results. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creativeable to translate data insights into compelling ad concepts and collaborate closely with media buyers and designers to execute them.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
Analyze ad performance data to identify trends opportunities and creative insights.
Collaborate with designers copywriters and media buyers to produce high-performing ad creatives.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives and ad messaging to improve conversion and engagement.
Provide structured feedback on ad performance and recommend creative adjustments.
Stay updated on Meta platform trends ad policies and creative best practices.
Present creative ideas and test results to the internal team or client as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or Performance Creative
- Specialist in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
- Strong understanding of creative variables that impact ad performance (e.g. hooks visuals CTAs audience fit).
Experience collaborating with design and media buying teams.
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and creative analytics tools.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Nice to Have:
Experience with TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify Klaviyo or Google Analytics.
Knowledge using tools like Canva Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
