As a Video Creative you get to create the coolest edits for social content and brand videos all while being exposed to the entire production process!

As Video Creative you will be:
THE EDITOR
- Dive into storyboards and bring them to life.
- Create awesome video content with cutting animation sound design and color grading.
- Get hands-on with production from lighting to camera work and recording!
- Go beyond limitations with AI.
THE DIRECTOR
- Share your own fresh takes and ideas.
- Go beyond the brief and elevate the execution.
- Trust your creative judgment.
THE TRUE COLLABORATOR
- Always align with the teams creative vision.
- Make sure deliverables are on point and on time.
- Backup all files and keep folders organized.
- Maintain a history of all creative work produced.
- Master time management to tackle incoming tasks smoothly!
Requirements

- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere After Effects Audition Illustrator etc.).
- Notably creative and eager to blend business smarts with art.
- Strong production and post-production skills backed by a solid portfolio
- Must have at least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Open to work onsite if needed but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Required Skills:
- With at least 3-4 years of work experience in production research and editing - Should be able to manage multiple projects - Has excellent problem-solving skills - Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills - Has excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino - Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
