Job Summary

Social Media Growth Strategist (LinkedIn-Focused)

We are seeking a strategic results-driven Social Media Growth Strategist to design and guide a plan to scale a personal brands LinkedIn presence from approximately 4000 to 40000 followers within a six-month period. This role focuses on strategy analysis and direction rather than daily posting execution.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience growing social media accounts a strong understanding of LinkedIns ecosystem and the ability to translate ideas into a clear actionable growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present a detailed growth strategy to scale a LinkedIn account from 4K to 40K followers
Analyze the current account audience and content performance
Identify content engagement and distribution tactics to accelerate organic growth
Recommend optimizations for time allocation tools and support resources (e.g. VA execution)
Define clear KPIs milestones and timelines for success
Explain the how and why behind strategic recommendations
Provide guidance on sustainable repeatable growth systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience growing social media or personal brand accounts (LinkedIn preferred)
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Deep understanding of content positioning audience behavior and platform mechanics
Ability to communicate strategies clearly to founders or leadership
Comfortable being challenged and defending recommendations with data and logic
Results-focused mindset with attention to long-term brand integrity
