What Youll Do:

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers youll be the key driver of growth across mid-sized accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and design smart account strategies.

Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored tech solutions including PCs headsets displays and care packs.

Lead meetings with decision-makers manage pricing discussions and close deals that make an impact.

Act as a trusted advisor for your clients guiding them through renewals upselling opportunities and long-term success.
What You Bring:
C2 or fluent German advanced English.

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably in tech).

A proactive hunter mindset confident in prospecting cold outreach and building pipelines.

Ability to understand business needs and turn them into tailored solutions.

Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Base salary: 19000- 22000 (euros gross/year) performance bonus.
