What Youll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Portuguese-speaking game presenters driving excellence in performance and engagement.
• Oversee show quality pacing and presenter delivery to ensure immersive high-energy live gaming sessions.
• Partner with production content and operations teams to coordinate game flow schedules and presenter line-ups.
• Track and manage presenter KPIs deliver regular feedback and run training programs that enhance on-camera performance.
• Manage recruitment staffing and shift planning for a Portuguese-language segment in a live multi-language studio.
• Collaborate with senior management on scaling our Bogotá studio and launching new game formats targeted at Portuguese-speaking markets.

Who You Are

• Background in live hosting streaming or game presentation preferably in iGaming or entertainment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate coach and grow talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills; able to balance creative vision with operational duties.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Experienced in coordinating shifts managing live teams and working in 24/7 broadcast environments.
