Czech & English-Speaking Team Manager Varna Bulgaria

What youll do

Lead and manage a Czech- and English-speaking customer service team ensuring strong performance and high standards.
Analyze data spot trends and implement strategies that boost team output and customer satisfaction.
Identify training needs support team development and ensure everyone has the skills to succeed.
Collaborate closely with clients stakeholders and third-party partners to align expectations and processes.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring

Fluent Czech (C1/C2) and good command of English (minimum B2).
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar team-management or leadership role.
Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data identify trends and act based on insights.
Excellent communication time-management and organisational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving multicultural environment.
