JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Services
RN DIR - ER

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Emergency Services Department will have the following job responsibilities:
- The Director of Surgical Services ensures high quality patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting planning and budget monitoring.
- The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies policies and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Emergency Services Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Looking for at least 1-2 years of RECENT (within the last year) ACUTE CARE Director of Surgical Services experience with at least 8 ORs oversite and complex service lines. (Would consider a very high preforming manager from a very large facility with complex service lines)
- Bachelors Degree or other approved education plan Required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred
- Masters Degree Preferred
