Jobscope:
- Develop and implement digital commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility
- Identify new opportunities across marketplaces (Shopee Lazada Tiktok Shop) and owned channels
- Lead Planning for all campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Design and execute livestream to engage with audiences
- Collaborate with influencers hosts and internal teams to produce compelling live content
- Analyse live stream performance and optimise future executions
- Oversee product listings pricing strategies and promotional mechanics across platforms
- Ensure seamless user experience and alignment with brand standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage inventory logistics and customer service integration
- Monitor KPIs including traffic conversion rates AOV retention and ROI
- Use tools (Google Analytics Meta Suite and platform dashboards) to guide decisions
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Coordinate with marketing supply chain and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution
Requirements:
- Min Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related fields
- Proven track record in leading digital growth and livestreaming initiatives
- Strong understanding of FMCG or skincare consumer behaviour and digital trends
- Proficient in tools (Shopify Google Analytics etc)
