Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and client-oriented eCommerce Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day execution managing onboarding of new clients handling customer queries and driving process improvements across our eCommerce logistics workflow. You will be the key link between our warehouse teams clients and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound storage order picking packing and outbound fulfillment
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily eCommerce orders across multiple marketplaces (e.g. Shopee Lazada Shopify TikTok)
- Attend to and resolve client operational issues and service inquiries promptly
- Lead and support the onboarding of new clients SOP creation WMS setup process walkthroughs
- Drive productivity and efficiency initiatives across teams and processes
- Monitor KPIs such as order turnaround time accuracy rate inventory discrepancies and team performance
- Manage warehouse team leads supervisors and floor staff; oversee rostering and workload allocation
- Collaborate closely with customer service tech sales and finance to ensure seamless client experience
- Control and track operational costs; recommend and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety inventory integrity and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics Supply Chain or Business
- 35 years of warehouse operations experience preferably in a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment
- Strong working knowledge of WMS OMS and eCommerce platforms (Shopify Shopee Lazada etc.)
- Solid people management and leadership experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable in a high-volume fast-paced operational environment
