About the role
Commercial Delivery & Customer Value
Conduct research on industry and competitor best practices summarising key insights for internal distribution.
Support the scaling of internal commercial strategies including documentation of learnings from new product launches.
Assist in proposing developing and executing commercial activations.
Work with the Revenue functions to help deliver analysis and optimisation on commercial offerings such as price matching trade-in programmes and product bundling.
Digital Experience & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate on pre-order strategies to enhance direct e-commerce positioning and performance for new product launches.
Support the implementation of new product promotional strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
Work closely with retention and local marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and resonance across channels.
Operational Excellence on (UX)
Assist with operational scorecards for new product launches and commercial activities to deliver ensure best-in-class operations.
Track utilisation of assets delivered by the Group Digital Demand and Delivery teams.
Analyse website data (e.g. NPS studies) to extract insights and help build mitigation strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and coordinate with the Group UX team on optimisation initiatives.
Marketplace Excellence
Support the creation of tailored content for marketplace platforms aimed at increasing engagement and conversion.
Assist in the design and implementation of adaptable campaign frameworks suited for deployment across various marketplaces.
About you
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Management Economics or a related field.
Strong attention to detail effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Curious resilient agile and driven to challenge the status quo.
