Conduct team development meeting (Quarterly) to all the foreman and all quality testers to update them about new car features new Toyota campaigns and service silent campaigns
Provides timely assistance to the main workshop supervisor service advisors and foreman Quality testers individually or in groups in the form of guidance actual written specifications demonstrations presentations.
Respond to all technical inquiries from all the branches by phone and if necessary go to the place and provide technical assistance
Provides technical support to customers for all technical related inquiries
Maintain a relationship with reception and workshop personnel and provide regular informal feedback on current technical issues
Conduct technical training to team members and customers when required
Assists as directed to carry out the goals and responsibilities of the department regarding technical concerns
Attends TMC certification training for enhancement of technical skills
