The Mission

This role is essential for maintaining a positive and compliant user experience. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating various forms of user-generated content against detailed platform policies. Your accurate timely decisions will directly contribute to global online safety efforts.

Core Duties:

• Content Vetting: Analyze reports and review queued content (visual textual and video) for adherence to community guidelines.
• Policy Implementation: Interpret and consistently apply complex moderation rules to diverse content ensuring fair enforcement.
• Quality Assurance: Log decision outcomes meticulously and provide valuable feedback to refine policy standards and tools.
• Security: Uphold the strictest standards of data confidentiality regarding user information and sensitive reviewed material.

Required Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent (native-level) Romanian is mandatory. You must understand cultural and linguistic subtleties.
• Business Language: A working proficiency in English (B2 level minimum) for training system navigation and team communication.
• Location Commitment: Ready to relocate and work full-time on-site in Porto Portugal.
• Previous experience in content review or a similar analytical role is beneficial but not required; full training is provided. All necessary technological equipment is furnished by the company.

Work Schedule:

• Current Shift Pattern: Monday through Sunday 09:00 to 18:00.
• Weekly Time Off: Two rotational days off.
• Future Adaptation: Candidates must be adaptable to a planned shift extension including the introduction of an Evening Shift (13:00 to 22:00) as we expand to a 24/7 operation.
