About the Role

As a Content Moderator for Social Media you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content for the French market ensuring a safe and compliant online environment. You will apply platform policies and community standards while maintaining high quality and performance levels aligned with client KPIs.

What Youll Do

Review and moderate high volumes of online content for social media platforms targeting the French market
Ensure all user-generated content complies with client policies and community guidelines
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of moderation policies and standards
Apply best practices to consistently meet and exceed client KPIs
Identify trends and use acquired knowledge to propose internal and external improvement ideas
Maintain objectivity while reviewing sensitive or challenging content

What Youll Need

Native-level French (written and verbal) mandatory
English proficiency at B2 level mandatory
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new policies and tools
Strong judgment skills and the ability to separate personal beliefs from moderation decisions
Positive attitude motivation and resilience
Experience working with high volumes of online content (preferred)
Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts Monday to Sunday mandatory
