About the Role
As a Content Moderator for Social Media you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content for the French market ensuring a safe and compliant online environment. You will apply platform policies and community standards while maintaining high quality and performance levels aligned with client KPIs.
What Youll Do
- Review and moderate high volumes of online content for social media platforms targeting the French market
- Ensure all user-generated content complies with client policies and community guidelines
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of moderation policies and standards
- Apply best practices to consistently meet and exceed client KPIs
- Identify trends and use acquired knowledge to propose internal and external improvement ideas
- Maintain objectivity while reviewing sensitive or challenging content
What Youll Need
- Native-level French (written and verbal) mandatory
- English proficiency at B2 level mandatory
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new policies and tools
- Strong judgment skills and the ability to separate personal beliefs from moderation decisions
- Positive attitude motivation and resilience
- Experience working with high volumes of online content (preferred)
- Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts Monday to Sunday mandatory
