Your Responsibilities

Manage and process customer orders and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Handle billing payments and collections in compliance with internal procedures.

Communicate with French-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.

Support month-end closing activities and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes.
Your Profile

Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English.

Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Location: Porto Portugal

Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
Days Off Saturday and Sunday
Salary: 1300 per 14 months
Welcome Bonus: 3000 (for French speakers)
