About the Role
As a Spiritual Care Practitioner at Eldercare you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate person-centred spiritual support to residents and their families across our sites. This position embodies Eldercares commitment to holistic carerecognising that spiritual wellbeing is essential to overall health and quality of life.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team fostering meaningful connections and promoting autonomy dignity and emotional wellbeing for each resident. With sensitivity and insight youll provide inclusive spiritual care that honours the diverse beliefs cultures and traditions of our community.
