- Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience coordinating care or supervising a care team.
- Knowledge of person-centred care principles.
- Confidence using care recording systems and administering medication.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate and manage care for residents according to their needs.
- Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
- Maintain residents care plans on the computerised system.
- Assist with induction training and supervision of support staff.
- Liaise with health professionals to optimise resident outcomes.
- Organise and manage your own shifts effectively.
