Youll take responsibility for quality oversight across services in Suffolk and Norfolk working closely with leadership teams to drive safe person-centred care.

What Youll Need

• Nurse qualification (NMC registered) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Proven experience in a Care Quality Compliance or Governance role within healthcare.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
• Passion and commitment to delivering person-centred care.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

• Experience supporting multiple services or locations.
