Job Summary
CK Group are recruiting for a HR Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
26.53-34.60 per hour PAYE
HR Manager Role:
Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They focus on finding answers for some of the worlds most urgent medical needs.
Location:
This role is based at our clients site in Basingstoke on a hybrid basis (3 days on site 2 days work from home).

Salary:

HR Manager Role:
- Identify opportunities and lead on initiatives to automate processes and leverage technology to achieve operational efficiencies.
- Lead on data management dashboards reporting and analytics including headcount for the purposes of the annual Business Planning cycle.
- Lead on process improvement and policy updates in alignment with the external context.
- Develop comms information and training materials to support employee and manager self-service.
- Conduct workplace investigations.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Proven experience of process design and improvement in an HR context
- Experience of delivering HR services and solutions in a large global organisation
- Experience of providing ER support for complex issues to multiple and senior stakeholders
- Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools
- CIPD qualified would be an advantage
