What Youll Do
- Oversee operational performance across multiple care home services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC safeguarding and regulatory standards.
- Support and challenge registered managers to maintain service quality.
- Monitor KPIs audits and action plans across the region.
- Drive continuous improvement and positive inspection outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders commissioners and teams.
