Job Summary
Key responsibilities
- Operations management: Oversee daily branch operations including loan disbursement cash management and vault keeping.
- Business development: Drive sales by meeting and exceeding financial targets acquiring new customers and promoting gold loan products.
- Team leadership: Recruit train and motivate the branch team to achieve high performance.
- Customer service: Build strong customer relationships handle inquiries and complaints and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with all relevant banking and non-banking financial company (NBFC) guidelines and manage risks effectively.
- Financial performance: Monitor and improve branch profitability ensure fee income targets are met and prepare performance reports.
- Marketing and sales strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams and conduct local marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
