Role
Business Development Executive (BDE) On-site India. We are hiring freshers who are eager to start a high-growth sales career in recruitment/HR services. This role focuses on outbound prospecting qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to handover.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling targeted email outreach and social touchpoints.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against target criteria and book discovery calls or demos for senior sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate lead contact and activity data in the CRM and update pipeline stages to reflect real-time progress.
  • Collaborate with recruitment specialists and account teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up on qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly outreach KPIs (call volume meetings booked conversion rates) and contribute to team targets.
  • Prepare concise pipeline reports and feedback on market trends objections and product fit to improve outreach effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Graduate (any discipline) with strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with on-site work at an India office and flexible to travel locally when needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking outreach metrics and simple reporting.
  • Motivated target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn consultative selling techniques.
  • Ability to manage time prioritize outreach sequences and follow structured sales playbooks.

Preferred

  • Internship or prior exposure to sales recruitment or telesales roles.
  • Experience with email automation tools or sequences (e.g. Mailchimp Outreach).
  • Additional language proficiency relevant to local markets.
