We are seeking a proactive and fluent English-speaking Telecaller who can contribute to our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in customer communication persuasion and lead conversion while also supporting marketing campaigns to grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
Explain product offerings (lab-grown diamond & Polki jewellery) clearly and persuasively.
Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities campaigns and digital initiatives.
Maintain records of calls leads and conversions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales/lead generation targets.
Represent the brand professionally with excellent communication and etiquette.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English (spoken and written) - must be confident in client communication.
Strong sales and marketing skills with persuasive ability.
Prior experience in telecalling inside sales or customer support preferred.
Basic knowledge of jewellery or luxury products is a plus (training will be provided).
