Job Description The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls providing product information generating leads and supporting customer service activities. The role requires excellent communication skills customer handling ability and a positive attitude to maintain strong customer relations.
Key Responsibilities -
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the companys products/services.

Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information.

Record customer details feedback and follow-up requirements systematically.

Maintain and update customer databases on a regular basis.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow up on leads quotations and pending customer responses.

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Meet daily/weekly calling targets and performance metrics.

Maintain professionalism courtesy and brand representation in all interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills -
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive.

Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customers calmly and efficiently.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
