We are seeking a highly experienced and registered Professional Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role involves leading complex and high-impact mechanical engineering projects across various sectors including building services infrastructure manufacturing and industrial systems design.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

Lead and coordinate engineering assignments of significant scope and complexity.
Provide technical direction across multiple projects and disciplines.
Apply advanced engineering theories and principles to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Guide project planning definition and execution phases.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Represent the firm in client meetings industry events and technical forums.
Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and quality standards.
Experience in feasibility studies design maintenance and supervision of diverse infrastructure projects.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (BSc Eng / BEng / MSc Eng).
Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA.
Minimum of 15 years relevant engineering experience.
Demonstrated expertise in site supervision construction management and quality assurance for large-scale developments (e.g. universities hotels residential and commercial buildings).
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and discipline-specific software tools.
Ability to interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders clients and regulatory bodies.
