We are seeking a highly experienced and registered Professional Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role involves leading complex and high-impact mechanical engineering projects across various sectors including building services infrastructure manufacturing and industrial systems design.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate engineering assignments of significant scope and complexity.
- Provide technical direction across multiple projects and disciplines.
- Apply advanced engineering theories and principles to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Guide project planning definition and execution phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Represent the firm in client meetings industry events and technical forums.
- Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and quality standards.
- Experience in feasibility studies design maintenance and supervision of diverse infrastructure projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (BSc Eng / BEng / MSc Eng).
- Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant engineering experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in site supervision construction management and quality assurance for large-scale developments (e.g. universities hotels residential and commercial buildings).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and discipline-specific software tools.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders clients and regulatory bodies.
