- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (from job posting sourcing screening interviewing offer onboarding).
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn VietnamWorks headhunters universities).
- Partner with line managers to define requirements and advise on hiring decisions.
- Enhance employer branding activities (career fairs social media referral program).
- Track and report recruitment KPIs: TAT source effectiveness cost per hire quality of hire.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) 40%
- Administer monthly payroll insurance PIT and statutory reports with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee master data in HR system (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor laws internal regulations and corporate policies.
- Conduct C&B data analysis (headcount turnover overtime leave utilization benefits cost etc.) to support management decisions.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary accruals bonus payouts and audit requirements.
- Support annual C&B projects: salary review merit increase performance bonus benefits renewal.
3. HR Operation 20%
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management employee engagement HR digitalization.
- Provide day-to-day support and consultation to employees regarding HR policies benefits and processes.
- Handle HR operations tasks such as employee data management contract administration onboarding/offboarding paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency within HR team.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in HR with strong exposure preferable in Recruitment willing to learn & develop in the C&B.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law working hours/shift regulations overtime rules social insurance and PIT.
- Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition including sourcing screening interviewing employer branding and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple function
- Experience working with HRIS/ATS systems (SuccessFactors Zoho People or similar).
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines; familiarity with headhunt channels and recruitment platforms.
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment across different functions.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical mindset; proficient in Excel.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English (speaking & writing).
- Detail-oriented confidential proactive with a strong customer-service mindset.
