Your day-to-day responsibilities

As a Consumer Care Specialist you will represent the brand directly to its customers. Youll handle a variety of interactionsresponding to concerns providing helpful information or engaging on social mediaall with the goal of making the customer experience smoother and more positive.

Youll use active listening and strong communication skills to understand each situation clearly and address it efficiently. Youll also give special attention to sensitive inquiries develop an in-depth understanding of the product range and help shape a high-quality support experience. Your input and ideas will play a key role in improving processes and strengthening our service standards.

What we are looking for

- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to recognize and manage feelings

- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

- Excellent phone etiquette verbal communication and active listening

- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage

- Solid computer and typing skills (MS Office proficiency)

- Strong organizational analytical and decision-making abilities

- Positive team spirit and a proactive attitude

- Completed secondary education
