Requirements
About the Role:
This is not your typical Business Director position. Instead youll be:
- Applying your business and leadership expertise in a transformational space.
- Working independently while learning and implementing strategic marketing and sales processes using a proven automated system.
- Mentoring and guiding professionals seeking personal and business growth through our onboarding pathway.
About You:
Youre someone who:
- Has experience in business leadership consulting sales and/or strategic marketing.
- Is self-driven and looking to pivot into something more meaningful flexible and aligned with your values.
- Values growth purpose and leading with authenticity.
- Communicates with confidence both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Wants to create something long-term and legacy-worthy while making a positive impact.
- Engaging with warm pre-qualified leads and guiding them through a simple interview process.
- Attending weekly online global training sessions to stay aligned with best practices and community momentum.
- Supporting and developing your own clients and team with structured ongoing training and leadership.
