An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a high-performing HR team on a 12-month contract. This role will partner with leaders across APAC supporting a large and complex organisation through significant change and transformation.
About the Role
As an experienced HRBP youll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders delivering both strategic and operational HR outcomes. Youll design and deliver people solutions that support culture engagement and performance while navigating a fast-paced change environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the HR operational plan for assigned client groups in alignment with organisational priorities.
Influence coach and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and people managers.
Lead organisational design change management and workforce planning initiatives.
Support global change management projects and enable engagement action planning.
Drive talent management development and succession planning.
Oversee annual HR cycles including performance promotions and compensation reviews.
Use data and insights to proactively address business challenges.
About You
Youre a confident resilient and solution-focused HR professional with the ability to thrive in complex fast-moving environments.
You will bring:
7 years HR experience ideally within global or large-scale organisations.
Proven success in change management and transformation projects.
Strong organisational design workforce planning and talent development expertise.
Excellent consulting coaching and influencing skills.
Degree in HR Business Psychology or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office; business-level English (additional APAC language a plus).
