Are you passionate about enriching the lives of residents by bringing joy purpose and connection Were looking for a compassionate Activities Assistant to join our Memory Care Neighborhood team in beautiful Middlebury Vermont! Under the guidance of the Director of Activities youll design and lead both group and one-on-one activities that support the emotional cognitive and social needs of our wonderful residents.
Your work will help create a warm engaging and supportive environmentone where every resident feels valued seen and cared for. All activities are supervised in accordance with Vermont State Code.

Education & Experience
Experience working with older adults or in healthcare preferred but not required
High School Diploma required

Experience & Skills
- Experience in Long-Term Care Senior Living or Dementia Care (preferred)
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- A bubbly upbeat personality
- Creativity and passion for activity-based dementia care
- Ability to identify residents needs and create therapeutic person-centered programs
- Accurate documentation and computer proficiency
