Position Summary
- Were looking for a compassionate Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our mission of restoring function and rebuilding lives.
- In this role youll work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide personalized treatment that empowers patients-while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic fast-paced outpatient setting.
What Youll Do Patient-Focused Care
- Support patients and staff in delivering high-quality evidence-based treatments
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises manual techniques and mobility training
- Ensure a safe respectful and confidential environment at all times
- Motivate and assist patients in achieving their rehab goals
- Educate patients on proper movement patterns and recovery practices
- Perform accurate and efficient documentation using a state of the art EMR system
Clinic Support & Coordination
- Help with treatment setup and daily clinic operations
- Keep the clinic clean organized and welcoming
- Answer phones schedule appointments and support front desk tasks as needed
Outreach & Marketing
- Assist with clinic promotions-making calls or visits to physicians local businesses and schools
- Represent the clinic at community wellness events and outreach opportunities
What You Bring
- Active Wisconsin PTA License
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (but new grads with passion are encouraged to apply!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- A warm team-oriented mindset and a deep respect for diverse cultures
